Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Glittek Granites has enclosed the Voting Results of the 36th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Glittek Granites held on September 22, 2026, together with the Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report issued pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 36th AGM dated August 28, 2026, were passed by the Members with the requisite majority.
