Chemiesynth (Vapi) has informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st October, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2026. The board meeting where the approval of un-audited financial statements for the half year ended September 30, 2026 will be held on or before November14, 2026.
