The Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window. Accordingly, Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company are advised not to trade (buy or sell or pledge, etc.) in the securities/shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. Board Meeting date for consideration and approval of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, shall be intimated in due course.
