Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, Veritas (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company, in any manner whatsoever, shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Thursday, October 01, 2026. The Trading Window shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration / announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, to the Stock Exchange. The aforesaid period shall be treated as the Trading Restriction Period in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
