Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITCONS e-Solutions has informed that the has bagged a new contract by the UP Power Transmission Corporation, UP State Load Dispatch Centre to provide 114 resources for a period of Two year. The total contract value is INR 69400954.24 inclusive of all taxes and duties. The contract is scheduled to commence on October 01, 2026 and shall remain in force until September 30, 2028 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties. This contract marks a significant milestone for the Company and reflects the continued trust placed in them by Government agencies. Details as required under SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.
