Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, D-Link (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01, 2026, for the purpose of consideration of the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and other matters, if any. The Trading Window will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company. Accordingly, all Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited, directly or indirectly, from dealing in the securities of the Company during this period.
