Viceroy Hotels has informed that Viceroy Hotels (VHL) has entered into Loan Agreement with SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts (SLN) a wholly-owned subsidiary of VHL on 03rd October, 2026. The execution of this agreement is aimed at repayment of borrowings of the SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts (SLN) in accordance with the Letter of Offer dated 14-Aug-2026 duly approved by the exchanges i.e., BSE and National Stock Exchange of India on 15-Sep-2026.
