KPI Green Energy has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of the company, in the name of ‘KPGC Three’ on October 05, 2026. The company has been incorporated with the object of generating, storing, transmitting, distributing, purchasing, selling and supplying electricity and other forms of energy from conventional and renewable sources, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass and thermal energy, and of establishing, owning, developing, operating and maintaining power plants and energy storage systems, and undertaking activities incidental thereto.
KPI Green Energy, is the solar and hybrid vertical of KP Group. It is a prominent solar and hybrid power generating company. The company develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar and hybrid power plants through as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) under the brand name of 'Solarism'.
