Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Mahindra Rivenza, a residential development spread across 13.46 acres in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune, with an overall Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 3,500 crore. As part of the launch, Phase 1 will introduce 1,236 units across 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences within the development.
