Arvind has completed acquisition of 4,600 equity shares, constituting 46% of paid-up equity share capital, of ‘Arvind Global Capability Center’ (Arvind GCC). Arvind GCC belongs to Business and Management Consultancy Services industry.
The acquisition is aimed at providing centralized business support and shared services to group entities, including finance, technology, human resources, procurement, analytics, compliance and other enterprise support functions.
