Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to its intimation dated 12th March, 2025 & September 18, 2026, UFO Moviez India has informed that the Companyand TSR Films (‘TSR’), have entered into a settlement deed on October 06, 2026 to settle all their disputes under the Advertisement Agreement dated 23rd December, 2023 (‘Agreement’) relating to in-cinema advertising rights on TSR screens. Further, the Parties have entered into a fresh Advertisement Rights Buyout Agreement dated October 06, 2026, on mutually agreed terms. The execution of settlement deed alongwith the Advertisement Rights Buyout Agreement will have positive impact on the advertisement revenue potential of the Company. The Settlement Deed shall be presented before the learned Arbitral Tribunal in the ongoing arbitration proceedings between the Parties, and the terms contained therein shall be taken on record in the final Award to be passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal, for resolution of all disputes.
