Further to intimation dated June 03, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Prima Plastics has informed that the Company has transferred 15,615 Equity shares belonging to 90 shareholders to the Investor Education and Protection Fund in accordance with the applicable provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Auditing, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
