Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has informed that in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), as amended, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. In continuation to earlier intimation dated September 22, 2026, further noted that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank is closed from October 01, 2026 till October 28, 2026 for all the Designated Persons viz. Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees of the Bank including the relatives of all the Designated Persons of the Bank and for the Connected Persons.
