Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Benares Hotels has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/period ended September 30, 2026. Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window from September 24, 2026 to October 18, 2026 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The Trading Window shall re-open for trading, 48 hours after the declaration of the said results i.e., October 19, 2026.
