PDS’ step-down subsidiary in Hong Kong--Northern Apparel (Northern Apparel, HK) has transferred its entire stake in Northern Brands, a step-down subsidiary of the company in the United Kingdom (Northern Brands, UK).
Consequent to the aforesaid transfer, Northern Brands, UK ceases to be a step-down subsidiary of the company effective October 8, 2026. The aforesaid transaction is not expected to have any material impact on its financial position, business operations, or financial performance.
