Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Rajesh Power Services has informed that the Company has received orders from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company (MGVCL) for Conversion of 11kV Overhead line to Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) and Under Ground Network at various locations of Gujarat under MGVCL Under SI Scheme Robust-III. The aforesaid orders have been received in the normal course of business. In accordance with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI MASTER CIRCULAR no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the details of the said orders are enclosed as Annexure A.
