Prima Industries has informed about the sad demise of S. K. Gupta (DIN: 00248760), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, on 13th October, 2026. The said information came to the knowledge of the Company on 13th October, 2026, at 06:50 am, S. K. Gupta’s unexpected demise is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Board of Directors and employees of the Company convey their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family. In view of the above, the Company proposes to convene a meeting of the Board of Directors, after the completion of the cremation rituals, to consider and decide upon the election of a Pro Tem Chairman to facilitate the necessary interim arrangements for the affairs of the Company. The outcome of the meeting will be duly communicated to the Stock Exchange in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure I.
