Forbes Precision Tools and Machine Parts has informed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Sharp & Tannan Associates, Chartered Accountants have informed the Company vide email dated October 12, 2026, that the firm has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and shall henceforth be known as Sharp & Tannan Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN 109983W/W101313). It is further confirmed that pursuant to the above conversion there is no change in the Audit engagement and Sharp & Tannan Associates LLP shall continue to function and discharge their obligations as Statutory Auditors for the remaining tenure of appointment as Statutory Auditors.
