Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Sollfege Smart Electronics has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, 08th October, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2026. The aforesaid closure of the trading window has been intimated to all the designated person and connected person in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. Further, the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the aforesaid period shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
