Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) and (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Menon Bearings has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 29th October, 2026, to consider the following matters: a. Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results i.e. till Saturday, 31st October, 2026 for directors and specified persons as defined in the Code.
