Dee Development Engineers has informed that the Company has entered into a Framework Agreement with a domestic EPC contractor, for jointly pursuing business opportunities in the nuclear power sector. Under the Framework Agreement, the Company will act as a strategic partner to the EPC contractor and will provide pre-bid support, design and engineering, manufacturing, supply and sourcing of piping products, and related documentation. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure I.
