Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(1) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gourmet Gateway India has informed that the Company has made a further investment of ? 78,00,876.36/- in its subsidiary, Boutonniere Hospitality (‘BHPL’), by subscribing to 52,383 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ?10/- each at an issue price of ?148.92/- per share, on a private placement basis. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the Company’s shareholding in BHPL has increased from approximately 95.99% to 96.17% of its paid-up share capital and BHPL continues to remain a subsidiary of the Company.
