Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with sub-para 7 of Part A of Schedule III and amendments thereto, Rashi Peripherals has informed that one of the Joint Statutory Auditors, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 117366W/W-100018) have intimated the Company about cessation of the office, being no longer eligible in accordance with section 141(3)(e) of the Companies Act, 2013, vide their cessation letter attached. Additionally, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants, have also ceased as Statutory Auditors of the wholly owned subsidiary Company, Rashi Semiconductor Solutions, for the same reasons, as per their cessation letter attached. The other Joint Statutory Auditors Pipara & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 107929W / W-100219) continue in office, for their remaining tenure. The Company has placed on record their appreciation for the continuous support by Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants, during their association with the Company. Further, the Company has initiated the process of identifying suitable reputed firms to fill this casual vacancy. The Company will make the necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges upon completion of the said appointment process, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
