Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems has informed that the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, conducted search proceedings at the Registered Office of the Company and at the residential premises of the promoter of the Company, commencing on Friday, 16 October 2026, at 7.15 a.m. and concluding on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at 2.35 a.m. At present, based on the information available with the Company, there is no material impact on the financial position, business operations or other activities of the Company arising from the aforesaid search proceedings. The requisite details, as applicable, under Clause 19 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the relevant SEBI circulars, are enclosed as Annexure A.
