Further, as informed earlier vide its letter dated 22nd September, 2026, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Promoters, Promoters group, Director(s), KMPs, connected person(s) and designated person(s) have already been closed with effect from 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of said un-audited Standalone & Consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026.
