Worth Peripherals has informed that in terms of Regulation 29 and such other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the registered office of the Company, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with Limited Review Report, for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 as prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, and any other matters. Further noted that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company has been closed from October 1, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with Limited Review Report, for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
