Menon Pistons has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 & 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Menon Pistons is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 31st October, 2026 at registered office of the Company, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per tems of ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for all the designated persons and their relatives as defined in the code, from 01st October, 2026 and it continues to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of above said financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026.
