Doshi (DIN: 08486679), Independent Director of the Company, vide his letter dated October 26, 2026 has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on October 26, 2026, due to personal reasons. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company took note of his resignation and placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Ashit K. Doshi during his association with the Company as an Independent Director. The details as required in terms of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-PoD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure I and copy of the letter of resignation received from Ashit K.
