With reference to the query raised by BSE regarding the mismatch in the reporting data of the Cash Flow Statement in the XBRL filing vis-à-vis the PDF filing for the half year ended September 30, 2025, Shanti Spintex has submitted the revised financial results for the said period, along with the revised XBRL file. The discrepancy was caused by an inadvertent Excel formula-related error while preparing the financial results. The error was unintentional and has been duly rectified. Accordingly, the revised PDF and XBRL files are being uploaded. The company has requested that the revised financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, be taken on record. The company has also assured that due care will be exercised to avoid the recurrence of such errors in the future.
