AGI Infra has informed that the Company has received RERA No. PBRERA-SAS80-PR1452-102026 dated 30.10.2026 from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Punjab, for the development of Group Housing Project 'Utopia by AGI' under the ‘Iconic Building Policy’ of Punjab. It was received on 30.10.2026. This project is located in a premium residential area in New Chandigarh. The project has Ground plus 31 floors consisting of 3BHK, 4BHK, and 5BHK flats. The project also comprises thoughtfully planned amenities and conveniences for its residents. This is its maiden project in New Chandigarh. Details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11,2024, as amended from time to time is enclosed as Annexure I.
