Cessation of Statutory Auditors: Took note of the resignation of B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101248W/W-100022), from the position of Statutory Auditors of the Company, with effect from October 30, 2026. There are neither any concerns raised by the resigning auditor with respect to the management of the Company nor any material reasons for the resignation other than those stated in the resignation letter. 2. Appointment of Statutory Auditors: Approved the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP (Firm Registration No. 117366W/W-100018), Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company (based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee) with effect from October 31, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of B S R & Co. LLP, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The company has enclosed the following: a) Relevant details as prescribed under the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as Annexure A. b) Copy of the resignation letter received from M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as Annexure B. The Board Meeting commenced at 1.30 pm (IST) and concluded at 2:00 pm (IST).
