Sayaji Hotels has entered into a hotel management agreement for providing operational and management services for a hotel property located at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The property is situated at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The proposed hotel will comprise minimum 70 key rooms in Phase 1 & minimum 40 key rooms in Phase 2 and is planned to be developed as premium property, which will operate under the brand name ‘ENRISE BY SAYAJI’ according to the Company’s brand standards. This agreement aligns with the company’s strategic expansion plans in key markets across India.
