Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), Brahmaputra Infrastructure has informed that CARE Ratings (‘CareEdge Ratings’), vide its letter Ref. No. CARE/NRO/RL/2026-27/2627 dated October 30, 2026, has reviewed and upgraded the credit ratings assigned to the Bank Facilities of the Company, the details of which are enclosed. The aforesaid revised credit ratings were placed before the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Monday, November 02, 2026, and the Board of Directors and the Management of the Company have taken note of and accepted the said ratings. The details required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 (as amended) are also enclosed.
