Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30, 33, 51, 52 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended (‘Listing Regulations’) and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, PCBL Chemical has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, Monday, the 2nd day of November, 2026, has, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026, which are enclosed, together with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The security cover, pursuant to Regulation 54 of the Listing Regulations is also enclosed. In terms of the Listing Regulations, the extract of the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 shall be published in the newspapers. The full format of the financial results shall be available on the website of the Stock Exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed, namely, National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE (BSE) at www.nseindia.com and www.bseindia.com, respectively and on Company’s website at www.pcblltd.com. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 13:10 PM.
