Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DCM Shriram International has informed that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies, has intimated them regarding the shifting of their Corporate Office. The Corporate Office of KFin Technologies will be shifting from its existing premises to a new location with effect from December 1, 2026. The Registered Office of the RTA shall remain unchanged. The revised address and contact details of the new Corporate Office are enclosed. All future correspondence, notices, documents, and other business-related communications related to the RTA's corporate office will be addressed to the new location effective from the aforementioned date.
