Himalya International has cancelled the proposal to issue 1.25 million warrants to Trydin America LDC, USA as the latter has not submitted all details as required due to its internal policy.
Earlier as per AGM which was scheduled on September 30, 2013, the shareholders approved the resolution for issue of 1.25 million warrants to Trydin America LDC, USA.
Himalaya International operates as a frozen food company in India. The company manufactures and sells mushrooms, vegetables, cheese, yogurts, appetizers, snacks, and sweets, as well as baby potatoes and buffalo cheese.
