Eins Edutech’s board of directors at its meeting held on December 17, 2013, has approved the Scheme of Arrangement under section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 relating to merger of Uniglory Developers with itself.
Thyrocare Laboratories (Formerly Ganapati Udyog) with an new objective to carry on the business of setting up of hospitals and diagnostic centres for Thyroid disorders etc. and to carry on the business to manufacture and trade Bio-chemicals, drugs, pharmaceuticasl etc is negotiating with various well-established hospitals and healthcare clinics to synergies its operations by way of amalgamation. The name of the company is changed to Thyrocare Laboratories from Ganapati Udyog with the effect from May 20, 2003. In 2012, The Company has changed its name from Thyrocare Laboratories to Eins Edutech.
