Foreign investor buys additional stake in Lovable Lingerie

Foreign investor has bought additional stake of around 2% in Lovable Lingerie for Rs 10 crore from open market. Nalanda India Equity Fund has acquired 316,536 equity shares of the company at price of Rs 300 per share.

On January 15, 2014 Nalanda India Equity Fund bought 1,78,882 shares of Lovable Lingerie at Rs 299.91 on the NSE and bought 1,37,654 shares at Rs 299.98 on the BSE.
