Zodiac-JRD-MKJ has received full consideration amounting Rs 9.89 crore for the company’s office located at Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai and the company has given possession to Vaishali Exports. The company will enter into final agreement after receiving NOC from MMRDA/ BDB.

The company had earlier on January 03, 2014 entered into MOU for its office premises with Vaishali Exports for a total consideration of Rs 9.89 crore.

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ has business interests in jewelry and precious stones and Gems. The company mainly imports rough diamonds from Belgium or buys them locally from Hindustan Diamonds and cuts and polishes them.
