High Street Filatex has received an approval for the merger of High Street Filatex with High Street Fashions subject to requisite approval being taken from Stock exchanges, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Shareholders, Creditors and Jurisdiction of High Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 28, 2014 has approved for the same.
High Street Filatex is engaged in exporting and manufacturing of wide range of socks, wrist bands, head bands, and tights. The Company makes their socks using imported Italian circular knitting machines.
