Redington (India)’s Promoter Company, Harrow Investment Holding, Mauritius has completed the acquisition of 86% equity interest in Easyaccess Financial Services. The Promoter Company has taken this step pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders through Postal ballot. Easyaccess Financial Services is NBFC arm of Redington (India).
