Manjeera Constructions zooms on launching luxury villa complex - Purple Town

Manjeera Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 83.95, up by 5.20 points or 6.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 78.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 83.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 83.95 and Rs. 83.95 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 179.40 on 01-Apr-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 71.30 on 08-Aug-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 84.95 and Rs. 72.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 98.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.45% while Non-Institutions held 25.55%.

Manjeera Constructions, part of the Manjeera Group which is into real estate and hospitality, has launched premium luxury villa project, Purple Town worth Rs 40 crore located close to the financial district of Hyderabad. The company plans to serve both the IT hub of Hyderabad and also the services industry professionals looking at the new destination, which has emerged as a hot spot for commercial projects within minute’s drive from the new international airport.

Each villa is priced at Rs 2 crore and located on a 300 sq yard plot with a built up area of 3,400 sq ft. The company is concentrating on the NRI community with an attractive offer wherein they could borrow in dollar terms and invest here, taking advantage of the weaker rupee. Buyers will also get advantage of the discount who will invest before the end of December.
