Ashiana Housing surges on CRISIL assigning fundamental grade of 4/5

Ashiana Housing is currently trading at Rs. 148.00, up by 3.65 points or 2.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 144.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 143.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 149.00 and Rs. 143.25 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 175.00 on 16-Dec-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.10 on 10-Feb-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 151.90 and Rs. 143.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 268.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.12% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.20% and 33.68% respectively. 

Credit rating agency, CRISIL in its independent equity research has assigned fundamental grade of 4/5 to Ashiana Housing, a Delhi based real estate player. The agency has also assigned valuation grade of 5/5 to the company.

Recently, Ashiana Housing had received multiple awards in residential segment in Zee Business - RICS Awards ceremony. Ashiana Aangan, a residential project in Bhiwadi, NCR was awarded the ‘Best Residential Project’ in North India and Ashiana Woodlands in Jamshedpur secured the ‘Best Residential Project’ in East India.

Ashiana Housing is a fast growing real estate developer. It has presence in group Housing, retirement resorts, retail, hotels and facilities management. It has pioneered the concept of retirement resorts in India.
