Camson Bio Technologies has received an approval for investment in its subsidiary for acquisition of two agro food processing units in Maharashtra. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 13, 2014 has approved for the same.

Camson, incorporated in 1993 is India's first wholly integrated Agriculture Biotechnology, is based at Bangalore, garden city of India. It has developed many unique biocides for plant protection and hybrid seeds for improved productivity.
