Veritas (India) has received an approval to form a 100% owned subsidiary company in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The board of directors at its meeting held on February 14, 2014 has approved for the same. The above is however subject to such approvals and permissions as may be required.
Veritas (India) engages in the imports, trading, and distribution of chemicals, metals, and machinery in India. It also involves in the generation of wind energy in the states of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu with a generation capacity of approximately 1800 KW.
