Kavit Industries’ board of directors at its meeting held on February 18, 2014 has approved to sell or otherwise dispose of the undertaking including Plant and Machinery with or without Land and Building of the Company.
Kavit Industries is manufacturing various industrial ranges of oil. The plant was established to manufacture various petrochemical downstream products, such as Speciality oils, Petroleum sulphonates, Solvents etc. The plant is established with latest equipment to quality products named Ecrol. Ecrol products are manufactured to meet the norms laid down in BIS, API and JASO.
