Vijay Shanthi Builders’ project ‘Infiniti’ worth Rs 110 crore located at Chettipedu village, Sri Perumbudur in Chennai is fully sold out. The project comprised of approximately 4,10,188 square feet of built up area, consisting of about 588 apartments. The work for the aforesaid project is 80% complete and the company would be handing over the flats from January 2012.
Recently, the company had received the planning permission for the project Boulevard, which is located at Kelambakkam in Chennai comprising of approximately 413,400 square feet of built up area, consisting of about 321 apartments and about 11 row houses.
