IVRCL shines as Macquarie Bank acquires 1.5% stake

IVRCL is currently trading at Rs 34.25, up by 0.30 points or 0.88% from its previous closing of Rs 33.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 33.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs 34.45 and Rs 33.50 respectively. So far 90485 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 135.75 on 04-Jan-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs 28.40 on 18-Nov-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 38.85 and Rs 32.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 906.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 11.01% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 43.04% and 45.95% respectively.

Macquarie Bank has acquired 1.5% stake in IVRCL on December 13, 2011. It bought 40 lakh shares of the company at Rs 33.5 a share amounting to Rs 13.40 crore.

On the other hand, Prism Commodeal sold 0.6% stake in IVRCL. It sold 16.30 lakh shares of the company at Rs 33.48 a share amounting to Rs 5.47 crore.
