Woo Yang Electronics India has sold worldwide satellite rights of Bhindi Baazaar Inc. to HGEL Holdings, Mauritius for Rs 2,45,00,000. Further, the company has bought 10% more equity stake of UK based Rain. After this acquisition of shares, the company holds 15% equity in Rain, UK.
The groups’ primary business activity spans independent film production, co productions alliances, film finance acquisition, talent management while also being engaged in project management (technical/engineering) in telecom and petroleum sector.
