Sintex Industries' promoters have bought additional 10 lakh shares in the company on March 14. Moreover, the promoters had purchased 13 lakh shares on March 13, 2014. As on December 31, 2013, the promoters holding in the company stood at 37.04% while institutions and non-institutions held 16.64% and 46.31% stake in the company, respectively.
Sintex Industries is the world largest producer of plastic water tank. It manufactures a wide range of plastic products including prefabricated structures, industrial custom molding products, monolithic constructions and water storage tanks.
